Yes. Yes. And yes. And I’m so grateful to share the stage with J. Mix and Pat Smith who together, make up the dynamic duo PB and J at Saturn Bar on Tuesday, September 8th for an early show.

And to be honest, I’m usually eyeballing it, so each cobbler is its own universe, but basically whatever fruit is in season, cinnamon, cayenne, lemon, sugar, flour, butter, nutmeg, and salt and you’ve got yourself a party. It’s kinda like strawberry rhubarb pie vibe, but without the rhubarb cause fresh rhubarb in this climate? Down here, that’s not a thing.

Also, I have never made a strawberry rhubarb pie, and since the concept is new to me, I’m a bit hesitant.
